In October 2026, another group of eleven operators from Howag Bulgaria’s team were trained under the IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard.

This standard covers requirements for production, installation and inspection of cables and cable harnesses. You can read more about Howag Bulgaria’s IPC trainings here: https://howag.bg/en/howag-introduces-in-house-training-under-ipc-610-standard/

During the IPC-A-620 training the cable specialists received detailed instruction regarding:

-basic requirements for production and assembly of cable harnesses

-benchmark standards for different operations

-quality criteria that should be monitored

This covers all the technological processes involved in producing high-quality cable connections.

The training course lasts several days and concludes with a written exam. Employees who successfully passed the exam have received internationally recognized certificates valid for two years.

IPC training is a standard, long-term practice at Howag, which helps the company to maintain its high level of quality. This supports Howag’s core commitment and main goal in its company policy: “zero defects”.
