“Howag” attends training on “Growth mindset”

This October “Howag” – Bulgaria attended an advanced training module with the subject of “Growth Mindset”, part of a wider series on leadership and leadership skills. The participants were employees in key positions, as well as the management team.

The training was spread over two days and focused on topics such as:
–differences between the so-called “fixed mindset” and “growth mindset”
–what conditions foster the growth mindset?
–how can we cultivate a suitable environment, which would encourage the growth mindset in all teams and team members?

The training challenged the participants to look for new perspectives and ways of thinking. The activities were very specific and hands-on, requiring a lot of action, critical thinking, inward reflection, and teamwork.

The training was led by Zlatina Mihaylova, Ph.D., PCC – a professional coach with over 20 years of experience, and rich credentials.
