Key employees from Howag’s Production underwent training in leadership and management this autumn.
The participants are team leaders from both Production sites – a total of 23 people, split in two groups.
The training was focused on different work aspects: the different management styles, communication, conflict resolution, effective work meetings, managing team work – goals, priorities, time; and others.
D-r Svetlana Drenska and Galina Nolan from “SBC – School for business competence”, Sofia, were the coaches.
The training is financed by the Bulgarian Employment Agency and is part of a EU project aiming to provide support for professional development and flexible training solutions. The goal is to increase the professional competence and skills of employees.
