Howag Bulgaria’s Management Team practice ‘Bird-view’ perspective

Howag Bulgaria’s management team had a chance to see the world from bird’s view –  literally and metaphorically.

The paragliding experience was a team-building event which happened in the Shumen region. There was quite serious introduction from professional instructors, followed by putting on all necessary equipment. The team did well: everyone managed to take off and land successfully. After landing, the participants shared that the flight was pure joy.

Stepping out of your comfort zone from time to time and to see the world from distance is refreshing.

The initiative of Managing Director Radka Boneva was much appreciated and many team members would like to do it again in the future.
