The Mayor of Targovishte, d-r Darin Dimitrov, presented Howag Bulgaria with the first Certificate of investment with district significance, class B.
The Certificate was granted for Howag’s investment project, which involves building and expanding production space for cable articles and components, as well as a logistic point.
The buildings will spread over 7000 sq.m. in Targovishte. The investment value is 750 000 EUR and will open up jobs for 15 more people.
„I am extremely happy that today we have the opportunity to present the first such certificate. Every initiative which brings growth to the economy and the district should be encouraged,” said the mayor.
The deputy-mayor of finance explained that the certificate provides the investor with the rights to benefit from quicker administrative processing.
On behalf of “Howag“ the Certificate was accepted by co-owner and Board member Eugen Peterhans, managing director Radka Boneva, and manager of Finance and HR Sevgyul Ahmed.
„For us this Certificate opens up new possibilities. It will help us to optimize our internal company logistics, and to create new jobs”, said managing director Radka Boneva.
